ANJANI KUMAR JHA (IPS) A product of IIT Kanpur and an engineer by soul, Anjani has devoted his life to the nation by serving as Superintendent of Police at present. This IPS officer of 2012 batch has moved from one district to another in order to perform his duty diligently thus adding to his ground level experience. He juggles different roles in the organisation from communication, research, strategic internal and external conversations, to ecosystem building. He is known for changing the concept of policing with a human face and was even awarded by the Home Minister for freeing a part of Jharkhand from naxalites and his contribution in education of children as well as providing a normal life/ healthy environment to all. This dynamic personality is a board member of Ethan Life Care Foundation.

Founder Words : Skilled in all aspects of business development, including finance, operations technology and marketing, Priya is an engineer with 4 years of work experience in multinational companies. He is a self-driven and motivated entrepreneur who possesses well-developed leadership and communication skills, excellent time management skills and great teamwork abilities. As the founder and CEO of Ethan Life Care Foundation, he aims to create awareness and help the health and education of women and children.

After completing her mass communication degree, Mamta worked with many news agencies, covering nurture of women’s and children's health as well as education at the root level. She is currently working as a teacher in Bihar government and is involved with children's education. She is a member of ELF's advisory team.

Madhavi, a banker at India’s multinational public sector banking institution since 2013, has been a go-getter from the start. One of her mottos in life is to make way for women to get to the leadership roles by assisting them in overcoming the challenges both at personal and professional levels. As a member of Ethan LifeCare Foundation, she aims to achieve her goal of uplifting women and create a chain to empower other women by providing basic health and educational necessities. She is a proficient public speaker with an abundance of strategic ideas. Incessantly shaping her overall growth every day, she is a challenge seeker and owns her responsibilities effectively

Vinayak, who graduated in Computer Science from IIT Bombay in 2013, has been a workforce of many MNC ever since holding prestigious title and is currently working with ELF. With his endeavours he keeps turning his ambitions into achievements. Starting from scoring 1st rank in NTSE state, AIR 1 in CBSE 12th, KVPY Scholar, adding to the achievements he received Mamraj Agarwal award by Rajasthan Governor and was invited to Prime Minister Box on Republic Day 2010 prior to which he also won a silver medal in the Chemistry Olympiad, held at Oxford University, London in the year 2009. When it comes to diversified roles in tech companies, Vinayak is definitely Jack of all Trades. But he feels all these achievements are incomplete without being able to give back to the society. Now he has collaborated as a board member of Ethan Life Care Foundation with the determination and zeal to serve humanity.

Sanu, a Master in Business Administration from IIM Indore and a prestigious position holder at Ola, which is one of the world’s largest ride-hailing companies, has worked for various NGOs. He is now a member of Ethan Life Care Foundation, that he feels adds meaning to his life by giving wings to his relentless passion towards the welfare of society. He is profoundly skilled in mentoring and advising a host of emerging social entrepreneurs and changemakers while contributing to global education narratives through participation in various steering committees.
